The Department of Television, Film, and Media Studies and Cal State LA Athletics to present a Sports Journalism Summit designed for students and alumni interested in exploring the world of sports media. This summit brings together professional sports journalists from television, radio, print, and digital media for engaging discussions on the inner workings of the industry.

LEAD Series are workshops designed for students to cultivate leadership, enrichment, advocacy, and personal development. There will be 6 workshops each semester, a total of 12 workshops for the academic year. Each workshop will provide free food for students!

Join us for the 3rd Annual Tricontinental Conference at Cal State LA! This year's theme is "50 Years of Anticolonial Resistance Against Imperialism in Southeast Asia." Speakers include Southeast Asian, LGBTQ+, and women artists, scholars, activists, and organizers who will discuss Southeast Asian arts and rock music; labor and reproductive justice; global solidarity movements; and community organizing and activism in Los Angeles.
